Kaiserslautern, 29 March 2018. The system suppliers BRAWOLINER® and Spray-Liner® will be presented together for the first time this year at IFAT. From 14th to 18th May they will jointly show off their new products and developments on stand C3.316 and as part of live demonstrations on outdoor area 317/9. A particular highlight among others will be the brand new light curing technology, BRAWO® LumCure.
The BRAWOLINER® experts have been working on the new light curing technology for several years now and will be proud to present BRAWO® LumCure to an international audience at IFAT 2018. The facility consists of a control and a retraction unit as well as a reel with a 30-metres rod and two light chains. The established BRAWOLINER® is also an important element when it comes to the curing method using light. It is characterised by its usual high flexibility and ability to bend. The BRAWOLINER® is soaked with a single-component, light curing resin system, inverted into the duct as usual and cured with UV light.
BRAWO® LumCure can be used in the diameter range between DN 100 and DN 200 with section lengths up to 30 metres. Currently, approx. 0.6 m of liner per minute can be cured with a diameter of DN 150.
You can also look forward to profound insights into the many possibilities in our BRAWO® TECH business division, which covers vehicle and special machine construction as well as installation equipment and tools. BRAWOLINER® has been making its own rehabilitation equipment for over 15 years and in the meantime has delivered over 100 rehabilitation vehicles to customers all over the world. The vehicle construction is not limited to one manufacturer or one model, but can be done with vans of all kinds and manufacturers. Thus, the individual needs and requirements of the customer are addressed in each project.
Another exhibition highlight is the Spray-Liner® facility in a new guise with improved technology. This has the DIBt certification for in-house rehabilitation in the DN 40 – DN 150 nominal width range. Among other things, the optimised facility features new software with clearer function displays, an automated flow control, an optical and acoustic display of the machine status as well as a portable tank system to reduce weight.
As an excellent complement to the spraying method, for the first time we will be presenting the new Spray-Liner® Speed Brush. The new brush technology is used to coat larger holes and sleeve offsets perfectly. The "Evergreen Ultra Fast" epoxy resin specially developed for this has a pot life of approx. 5-7 minutes and it therefore the fastest resin from the Spray-Liner® house.
Look forward to it! We are looking forward to welcoming you on our stand C3.316 and on open area 317/9. Our experts will be on hand here to answer all your questions and to present our new products to you live on site.
