Speed Brush - Quick and reliable for difficult to rehabilitate places

The new Spray-Liner® Speed Brush is now available

The Speed Brush, the supplementary process for the Spray-Liner® machine, enables complicated places in the pipe to be rehabilitated, which until now were difficult to reach with the Spray-Liner® centrifugal method (e.g. bends, wide sleeves, larger defects in the pipes).

The system resin, "Evergreen Fast" or "Evergreen Ultra Fast", is applied using the Spray-Liner machine. The epoxy resin components A and B are delivered to the "Y" distributor separately in the feed ratio of 2:1 (correct mixing ratio) where they are homogeneously mixed in a compulsory mixer especially made for the process and then pumped onto the inner wall of the pipe. The pumped resin is then distributed on the inner pipe wall with a round brush.

The specially developed epoxy resin "Evergreen Ultra Fast" has a pot life of approx. 5-7 minutes and a curing time of approx. 45 – 60 min, thus making it the fastest resin from the Spray-Liner® stable.

New: additional heating for the external resin tank

Our latest development - So that rehabilitation works quickly even at cold ambient temperatures: a module-controlled, heated touch screen control box with a connector plug for the external resin tank.

The resin in the tank can therefore be pre-heated independently of the actual Spray-Liner® machine in order to make jobs with the Spray-Liner® possible even in cold environments (e.g. roof, cellar or rainwater pipes). By means of a special heating element, the epoxy resin can be precisely heated up in the tank and thus be fed to the spray head in liquid form. Rehabilitation is now also possible in the winter with a 2nd  resin tank and large building sites can soon be finished off.
